Our whole church family is important to us. So, whilst there might be particular people highlighted here, we believe that everyone matters and that we all have something brilliant to contribute. That’s not something we made up - you can read it for yourself in Romans 12:3-8.

Steve Wood

Our Minister

Steve has a passion to help make God as accessible as possible for as many people as possible, whether they have been around church all their lives, or have come along for the first time.

He, and his wife Natasha, have three children - Daniel, Sam and Georgia. Having spent a number of years selling diamonds, marketing whisky and recruiting child sponsors for global charity, World Vision, in 2017 Steve followed God’s call to train for the ministry. He completed his training in 2020 and has been leading the church here since October 2019.

Our Associate Minister

Peter has a love of scripture. He is always looking to uncover hidden treasures in the Bible and find ways of making them accessible to all.

Peter comes from Cambridgeshire via Norfolk and has done a number of varied roles in the past in personal finance, Support work with adults with learning difficulties and even owned a café before being called into full time ministry in the Church as a youth worker in 2012. Peter and Nicola, have two children – Adam and Emily. The family love Music and sport and are often out and about looking for all the best cheap days out locally. Peter is currently finishing his Theology degree and will be looking at starting his ministerial formation training in 2023.

Our Elders

At NPBC, an Elder’s role is predominantly one of oversight; of the spiritual direction of the Church; of the teaching and worship that takes place throughout the Church’s functions and activities; and in caring pastorally for our people and leaders. Our current Elders are:

Our Office team

We would be lost without this fabulous team of people.

The church office is open throughout the week from 9.30am – 4pm, looking after many of the church’s activities and all of the different groups that use the building.
