We remember Derek Eastman who is in MK hospital recovering from further surgery. Things have gone well, and we are delighted for Derek and Heather.

We remember our students receiving results of their exams this week and next, and pray for those who have to make decisions as to their future study and locations.

BBQ and quiz night a success!

The BBQ and quiz night which was held last Thursday in order to help raise funds for Amy McLeod’s mission trip to South Africa was a huge success raising an astonishing £436.85! A huge thank you to everyone who came along, in particular thank you to Alan, Chris and their HomeGroup who did a fantastic job organising it! Great fun was had by all!

Running For Willen Hospice.

Trevor Ransome and Keith Bedford will be taking part in the Great North Run on 20th September and the Great South Run on 25th October on behalf of Willen Hospice. Please sponsor their completion of the two events and help make a difference for the patients and families receiving care from the Hospice. Willen only receives 25% of its funding from the health authority and the rest is raised in the community. Last year, there was a shortfall of £400,000 so please help them to raise some money.
