Paul is responsible for the overall spiritual direction of the Church, and for the teaching and nurturing of its members.

Elders
Elders assist the Minister with the spiritual leadership of the Church, and are responsible for the strategic direction and agreement of Aims and Goals.

Deacons
Members of the diaconate have responsibility for different operational aspects of the Church's life, such as its finances and premises.

Pastoral Assistants
Pastoral care of members of the Church congregation is divided up between the Pastoral Assistants who, with the Minister, ensure a regular programme of visitation to those in particular need.

Caretaker
Our Caretaker and Cleaner are responsible for the cleanliness, good order, and security of the premises, with the assistance of a number of members on a voluntary basis.

Administrator
The Church Administrator, Catherine Hall, has the following responsibilities:

• The efficient administration of bookings of the premises
• The efficient arrangement and recording of Church and leaders' meetings
• The keeping of accurate congregational records
• The provision of timely and appropriate communications, both internal and external
• The management of the Church Office
• The welcoming of visitors
• Catherine is assisted by a large number of volunteers.
